THEMAR studies and evaluates the investment projects and risks nominated offered on the platform and the suitability of the establishments benefiting from the financing, as Thamar does what is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by the parties requesting financing for their Businesses to be compatible with the requirements of the Central Bank to start a financial contractual relationship. We would like to note that our presentation of projects on the Thamar platform is not considered advice to provide financing and participate in the project, as this type of project, whatever it is, is classified as high-risk and may expose the investor to losing capital with profits. Therefore, the selection of projects and participation in them is the responsibility of the participating investor.
